REFUND & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATIONS:
We accept 100% product cancellations within 24 hours after the order was placed. If the cancellation is after this time frame, we might not be able to cancel due to processing fees. But no worries! If this is the case, you can return the product once it is received for a refund.
RETURNS:
We have a 14-Day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or to report it defective. Please contact us via email to send the return address with the instructions. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags, in the same condition, and with the original packaging. Please keep in mind that we will refund the credit for the items we receive. The only fee will be the shipping cost and the return label is at the client's expense. We do not charge a restocking fee for product returns.
Note: Please Do Not refuse the package as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our policies. We will provide the respective return address based on your location.
REFUNDS:
Once an order is canceled or a returned package completed the inspection, the respective refund will be processed followed by a confirmation email. The credit will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact us to better assist you.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, plants, etc.), custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, etc.), and personal care goods (such as beauty, dental products, etc.). We don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions about a specific item.
